Apply for the Homestead Exemption
If you own your primary residence, you are eligible for the Homestead Exemption on your Real Estate Tax.
With this exemption, the property’s assessed value is reduced by $80,000. Click here to apply by the early deadline of September 13 to see approval reflected on your Real Estate Tax bill for the following year. The final deadline to apply is December 1st, 2022.
