Parking Changes Coming to Business Corridor - Pilot Program

Parking regulations on the main commercial corridors of Northern Liberties (Spring Garden, 2nd St and a little bit of Girard) will be changing in the next couple of weeks. The Northern Liberties Business Improvement District worked with the PPA to pilot these changes based on results of a survey, a PPA evaluation, and a public meeting.

The changes are intended to increase access to the business district and encourage out-of-neighborhood cars to move regularly, with the hope that this will relieve parking pressure for residents and businesses.
