To discuss whether Poplar St. should be restored as a through-street running below the highway. Based on neighbor and Committee input, the results will be delivered to the NLNA Board. This is a follow up to PennDOT online presentations on November 29 & 30 at 6:30. PennDOT has been invited to our meeting.
