The purpose of the NLNA Community Center Committee is to oversee the project development from the planning phase to the issuance of the certificate of occupancy for the Community Center at the northwest corner of Third St. and Fairmount Ave. The committee shall select the project manager, financial controller, and the architect. During the development of this project the committee will provide the NLNA with monthly reports addressing the financial status and construction progress.
