The NLNA Environmental Committee is dedicated to protecting the health of our community by:
- Researching the industrial history of Northern Liberties to identify potential brownfields sites.
- Educating neighbors to potential public health risks and hazards.
- Acting as a liaison with various government agencies and environmental organizations.
- Insuring public involvement and participation in the remediation and development processes of former industrial sites.
