Zoning Committee

Committee meetings – 7 p.m., last Monday of each month and sometimes last Tuesday

The purpose of the Zoning Committee is:

  1. To review applications for zoning changes or variances, review liquor license approvals or transfers, and consider other development issues, and to recommend action to the NLNA Board of Directors.
  2. To hold public meetings and to act as a liaison among residents, developers, and the Board.
  3. To review and improve neighborhood development guidelines.

AGENDA Monday 8-27-07 - (Meeting 1 of 2)
6:30 – 7:10 – Hoboken Brownstone – 700 Delaware Ave. – Update presentation – After input from ZBA and Planning Commission, HB to show us latest plans.

7:10 – 8:10 – Onion Flats (name of applicant) - Duck Flats: 816-824 N. 4th St., 817-821 N. Lawrence St. 816-822 N. Leithgow St. – L4 - Presentation for 32 residential units (800 sf each). 32 parking spaces (all interior) w/ one curb cut. 100% green roof coverage. 8:00 – 8:30 - Michael Fausey – 630 N. 3rd St. (SW corner, ground floor) – Presentation for “Mail Box” store – shipping, packing and miscellaneous stationery services (approved for NLNA commercial uses)

8:30 – 9:30 – Doug Sakman – 939-41 N. Front St. – G2 – To discuss proposed use of building for live theater, movie screenings and music performances.
