And if you’re around before the meeting, the Bread and Puppet Theater – currently in its 50th year of operation – is putting on a free show this Thursday the 27th, 5PM, at Liberty Lands.

Bread and PuppetThe Theater uses clowning and off-beat techniques to address social and political issues, and has performed around the country, including previous performances at Liberty Lands. Thursday’s show is called “The Circus of the Possibilitarians” and is described as “a satirical horse and butterfly circus, addressing pertinent national and international issues in a clownish fashion, including rotten ideas, a wild dancing horse and some mellow lions, a solemn salute to the world’s casualties and much more!”
