Operation Santa - Get Involved!
‘Tis the season for Operation Santa! For over 30 years, Northern Liberties Operation Santa program has been able to support over 40 families and senior citizens with food baskets and gift for the holidays - all coordinated, supported and executed by neighbors like you!
See below for how to donate money, volunteer or purchase gifts for the families that we support!
Note: The deadline for gift donations is Dec 10 and the deadline for monetary donations is Dec 15.
How to donate:
If you are able, monetary donations go the furthest to ensuring we can provide all families with food baskets and gifts for all family members. Our sponsorships cover part of our total budget so we depend on neighbor donations to ensure we can continue this program year after year. Thank you so much for your support!
You can also drop off cash or checks made out to the “Northern Liberties Neighbors Association” at 700 N 3rd St (look for the mailslot in the office door on FAIRMOUNT ST) or email operation.santa@nlna.org to discuss sponsoring or other ways to support.
Donate gifts for families
We provide gifts suggestions on the wishlists below to help align gifts to the ages of the children we are supporting. You can purchase gifts directly from the wishlists below and they will ship directly to NLNA, or use them as inspiration to shop at local neighborhood businesses. All gifts must be NEW and UNWRAPPED.

Volunteer!
Gift wrapping and delivery day sign ups! If you are interested in signing up for a shift for wrapping gifts (Dec 16 - 18) and/or would like to be part of our delivery day operations on Dec 20th (picking up food for families and/or delivering to families), you can fill out this form:
