(6:30) 909-15 N. 2nd St. - CMX-3 - Adam Laver - A proposal to adjust the the outdoor assembly and

seating area while removing any existing parking spaces. Asking for a permanent variance vs the

three year temporary variance that has been in place.

(7:15) 555 Spring Garden - CMX-3 - Meredith Ferleger - A proposal for window signs on a

compliant grocery store. The proposed window signs exceed allowable size and placement in the

zone.

(7:45) 335 Poplar St. - RSA5 - Joesph Console - A return visit reconfiguring 2 lots and creating 2

parking spots (we already approved but they had to reapply for a discrepancy in their plan)

(7:10) 913 N. 6th St. - RSA5 - Brett Feldman - A proposal to use this structure as two dwelling units. To be renovated and would provide housing for women who have experienced trauma (duplex not allowed in this zone)
