As a Certified Menopause Coach, I want to create a safe space for peri- and menopausal women to share their experiences, gain knowledge, and provide resources to navigate this transition.

Whether you're preparing for menopause or already experiencing it, this group will provide support and empowerment.
This will be non-formal. Please bring something to take notes with if you are seeking resources.

This will be held in the Northern Liberties neighborhood at the NLNA community center on 3rd and Fairmount.

About the Show
"It's Always Sunny in the Gingerbread House" reimagines the classic Grimm fairy tale as an accessible introduction to opera, set in modern-day Philadelphia. Follow Hansel and Gretel as they wander from their South Philly row home into the depths of Fairmount Park, where they discover a magical gingerbread house adorned with Philadelphia soft pretzels, cheesesteaks, and water ice! This delightful adaptation celebrates Philadelphia's rich culture, iconic landmarks, and vibrant arts scene.

Professional Opera Singers – Featuring four talented Philadelphia-based opera performers bringing classical vocals to this family-friendly production
Introduction to Opera – A perfect first opera experience designed to engage audiences of all ages with beautiful, accessible performances
Philadelphia-Inspired Scenery – Gingerbread house featuring iconic Philly architecture and miniature landmarks including the Liberty Bell, Art Museum steps, and LOVE sculpture
